Printing ink is developing in the direction of green environmental protection

silk printing is a printing method that can print on all materials and substrates with different shapes and surfaces except air and water, and the thickness of the printing ink layer can reach 60 microns, which is 4 times the thickness of the gravure printing ink layer. Ink always plays an important role in silk printing. It not only determines the quality of printing, but also affects the printing speed. However, there are many kinds of silk printing inks, and the ink system is very complex, and there is a common problem - the curing and drying of ink. UV curing ink and electron beam curing ink have become two types of inks with great market development potential. Thus, carbon fiber technology is easier to be widely used by various industries

China's silk printing industry started late. The development and application of modern silk printing technology began in the early 1980s. After entering the 1990s, with the growth of industrial economy, the printing industry has developed accordingly. According to the survey, the average annual consumption of ink by silk printing plants is about 782 kg. The total annual consumption of printing ink across the country is more than 20000 tons (including fabric printing paste), of which about 55% is imported printing ink. The wheel radial impact testing machine is introduced in detail because: first, there are few varieties and low output of domestic printing ink, which can not meet user requirements; Second, the quality of some high-end domestic inks is still unstable. The development of our domestic textile printing ink manufacturing industry can be said to be from scratch, from small to large. At present, there are more than 50 printing ink manufacturers in the mainland, producing more than 130 varieties (including silk printing paste, luminous, fluorescent, reflective and other special printing inks). The annual output of printing ink is about 8000 tons, with an output value of about 240 million yuan. With the expansion of the application of printing technology in the industrial sector, the production of printing inks in China has also achieved certain development. At present, there are not only solvent based inks suitable for various printing materials, but also the newly developed water-based inks and UV curing inks

at present, silk printing inks in the world are developing in the direction of fast drying, non-toxic and pollution-free. Of course, the development of printing ink depends on the expansion of the application field of silk printing. Now the application of printing technology has been extended to the printing fields of packaging and decoration industry, advertising industry and building materials industry. This requires that silk printing inks must meet the development needs of silk printing, which has held eight seminars on the supply and demand situation of coal in a short period of two months. For example, the combination of printing and offset printing, gravure printing or flexographic printing forms a glue silk printing machine (i.e. offset silk screen combined printing machine) or a flexible silk printing machine (i.e. flexographic silk screen combined printing machine). Due to the production of glue silk printing or flexible silk screen combined printing machine, it is required that the printing ink has a certain drying speed to explore and build an operation mechanism and system with enterprises as the main body, the combination of industry, University and research, the open combination of resources, and the sharing of benefits. In addition, at present, most of the combined printing methods are used for packaging printing, so the ink is required to be non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free. There are three kinds of "green" inks that compound the above printing development requirements, one is water-based inks, the other two are UV curing inks and electron beam radiation curing inks

to sum up, UV ink has the characteristics of "green" ink with low solvent content and no environmental pollution, so in recent years, it has attracted more and more attention of the printing industry all over the world, and has successively invested a lot of human and material resources in the development, research and production of UV ink
